What do you use UK Servers for? What services do they provide to you?

UK Servers is simply a home to host the projects we have developed for our clients. Having initially tested hosting our systems onsite we quickly found it was not feasible to do so given the cost of suitable bandwidth with redundancy for running our customers application.
At the end of 2013 we approached UK Servers and eventually settled on renting a Quad Core cPanel Dedicated Server from them.

Are you happy with the solution provided?

Absolutely! The speed of their network is second to none and their has been no service issues to date!

So since you started hosted with UK Servers have you expanded the services that you have from them?

Yes, due to demand from our clients and an ever increasing number of active projects we have had to take on additional servers with UK Servers, all of which have been provisioned in a matter of hours which really shocked us!

That has got to be great for your business and UK Servers! What do you think makes them different?

UK Servers is much smaller than some of the companies we have worked with in the past and give us a personal approach that’s very much based around technology, so it’s not … It isn’t a sort of sales driven organisation. They very much make the sale a technical sale to people who want a solution to their hosting.

How do you find the support?

Their support is always great, we are on first name terms with most of their staff and even when speaking with someone new at the end of the phone they just seem to know everything about our solution and how to troubleshoot and problems we might be having!
We get notified via email of any possible maintenance work that might cause disruption to our service (thankfully none yet have!) and we love just how informed UK Servers keeps us!

Would you recommend UK Servers to others?

Having worked in IT for many years and dealt with a number of well known service providers we were unsure what to expect from UK Servers however their uptime, professionalism and attention to detail has left us in no mind that we wouldn't have any hesitations in recommending them to anyone else!
