How do you benefit from UK Server’s service and what is their support like?

UK Servers provide us with two dedicated servers as a web and database server.  Our database server uses SSD hard drives to achieve optimal performance.  UK Servers were very helpful in aiding migration of our site from our existing host and we have been pleased with the support ever since!

Why did you choose to host with UK Servers?

As the majority of our user base is in the UK we wanted a server that reflected this the fact that the UK Servers sales team were not pushy in trying to sell win our business.  Despite their marketing and pre-sales information not being quite as polished as some others we thought UK Servers had great technical knowledge and we have always got the feeling that they really care.

Would you recommend UK Servers to other companies?

Yes, absolutely the service we have received has always been very professional both over the phone and via email.  Their non pushy approach to sales is also very refreshing in this day and age!

What do you most like about UK Servers?

Their 24/7 support, during the last race weekend of the season (our busiest weekend of the year) we had an issue with one of the servers coming under attack, UK Servers went above and beyond to resolve the issue for us at 3AM on a Saturday morning, I was more than impressed!

Any final comments regarding the service you have from UK Servers?

Having hosted with many of the “big names” in the past we have found much of their high price tags do not justify the “expert support” they claim to provide.  We have found the UK Servers team easy to work with and extremely helpful and all at a price that is very competitive.
