Launch of UK’s Lowest Priced 10Gb/s Un-Metered Bandwidth Servers

We have today launched a new range of 10Gb/s Un-Metered bandwidth dedicated server services hosted from the London Docklands. Following from recent network expansions our 10Gb/s un-metered servers represent the best value high bandwidth dedicated servers in the UK.

Our 10Gb/s range of servers are hosted at either the Telehouse campus or Sovereign House datacentres in the London docklands providing the lowest latency to UK and European locations. The launch of our 10Gb/s range of servers follows recent network expansion into Digital Reality Trust’s Sovereign House datacentre and a 300% increase in our upstream connectivity, with additional connectivity being added to our existing carriers NTT, Level 3 (CenturyLink), new connectivity from Cogent and additional peering ports on the LINX and LONAP internet exchanges.

Our 10Gb/s un-metered servers start at just £995/Month + VAT, a saving of over £400/Month over our nearest competitor, whilst 10Gb/s servers with 100TB monthly data transfer are available from just £395/Month. UK Servers Join The London Access Point (LONAP)

UK Dedicated Servers Limited have joined LONAP (https://www.lonap.net/) adding to our exsisting connectivity of LINX, NTT & Level3.

The London Access Point (LONAP) was first established in 1997 as a not-for-profit Internet Exchange Point (IXP) for London. Today, their list of active members includes global brands, London businesses and FTSE100 companies, all of which are joint stakeholders in the organisation. Each of the LONAP datacenters house a core network of Arista switches, providing 10Gb/s and 100Gb/s member facing ports.

LONAP delivers increased convenience and efficiency, including the benefits of a faster, smoother internet experience for end-users who are streaming video, browsing websites or using VoIP services. UK Servers customers can reduce the route of a data packet by several thousand miles and up to a dozen routers, which saves transit and download time.

UK Servers Partners with Veeam Backup and Replication

UK Servers are now able to offer Veeam Backup and Replication services as an authorised provider under Veeam’s ProPartner Program.

Veeam software was founded in 2006 and develops backup, disaster recovery and virtualisation management software for both VMWare and Hyper-V environments.

Veeam provides UK Servers with enterprise licencing and support for their Veeam Backup & Replication software providing fast, flexible backup and replication of virtual machines. Veeam offers UK Servers the ability to provide continuous replication of virtual machines to hot spare servers allowing UK Servers to deliver availability for the Always-On Enterprise™, meeting SLAs for recovery time and point objectives (RTPO™) of less than 15 minutes for ALL applications and data.

UK Servers has already rolled out Veeam backup and replication services to fifty existing customers including Media Links Online Limited, a leading digital provider for the motorcycle industry with national manufacturer dealership contracts.
